Can I use the toolkit without buying the book?
No. The toolkit's address comes with the book, in both the Kindle and print editions. The blog, videos, PDU courses, LocalPM, and this Help Center are free for everyone.
The Digital Toolkit is for book buyers. Its web address is printed in The Project Brain: Evolving Project Managers, and both the Kindle e-book and the print edition include it. The address isn't published on this site.
Getting the toolkit
The book is sold on Amazon, as a print book and a Kindle e-book. Once you have it, see How do I access the Digital Toolkit?
The toolkit also works best alongside the book. Its prompts, templates, and scripts are ready-to-use versions of what the chapters teach, and the book explains what each one is for and how to review what it produces.
What's free without the book
You can learn much of the approach without buying anything:
- The blog: 180+ articles on building a Project Brain, planning, visuals, meetings, stakeholder simulation, reporting, AI verification, and automation. Browse the blog or start with Your 30-day plan to transform project management with AI.
- Videos: 28 videos, each with a companion article. See Videos.
- PDU courses: free courses for project managers.
- LocalPM: a free, browser-based agile project management tool with no account needed. Open LocalPM.
- This Help Center: answers about the book, the site, AI tools, and LocalPM.
