What's included in the Digital Toolkit?

Eight items: Project Brain Templates, Plan Engine Prompts, Visual Factory Prompts, Meeting Processor, Simulation Engine, Report Generator, Quality Filter, and Automation Scripts.

Buying The Project Brain: Evolving Project Managers gives you access to a companion website with ready-to-use versions of every prompt, template, and script in the book. It's organized into eight items, each tied to a part of the book's workflow.

The eight items

  • Project Brain Templates: for building and feeding your Project Brain, the persistent knowledge base the book is built around. These pair with the opening chapters, The Project's Brain and Feeding the Brain.
  • Plan Engine Prompts: for planning work, including work breakdown structures, RACI matrices, and estimation. They pair with the chapter on The Plan Maker.
  • Visual Factory Prompts: for generating visuals such as Gantt charts and dashboards, which the book calls Magic Window artifacts. They pair with The Magic Window.
  • Meeting Processor: for turning meeting notes into usable outputs such as action items. It pairs with The Meeting Killer.
  • Simulation Engine: for rehearsing conversations with simulated stakeholders. It pairs with The Simulator.
  • Report Generator: for drafting weekly and status reports. It pairs with The Weekly Report.
  • Quality Filter: for checking AI output for mistakes before you use it.
  • Automation Scripts: for the book's Python and automation work in the technical chapters.

The pairings above describe how each item lines up with the book's topics. The book itself is the best guide to exactly where each one is used.

How the pieces fit together

The items follow the same path as the book. You set up the Brain first, then use it to plan, create visuals, process meetings, simulate stakeholders, and report. The Quality Filter supports all of that by helping you review what the AI produces, which is the "producer" to "editor" shift the book describes. The Automation Scripts are optional and technical. No coding is needed for Chapters 1–8.
