How do I get help if I can't find an answer?

The Help Center is the site's support channel: search it, browse its categories, then the blog and videos. Toolkit access, privacy, and legal requests go to angel@subthesis.com.

The Help Center is the support channel for selfmadepm.com. The site doesn't offer a support email, contact form, phone line, or chat, and there are no accounts or comment sections to post questions in. The exceptions are Digital Toolkit access problems and privacy or legal requests, which have their own address (see the end of this article).

Step 1: Search the Help Center

Start at the Help Center and search for a short phrase that describes your question, such as "backup", "sprint", or "Kindle". Short keywords usually work better than full sentences.

Step 2: Browse by category

If search doesn't turn it up, browse the category that fits:

  • Getting Started: what the site offers and where to begin
  • The Book: buying, formats, and what each chapter covers
  • Digital Toolkit: getting to the book's prompts, templates, and scripts
  • LocalPM: projects, stories, sprints, reports, and your data
  • AI Tools & Setup: choosing and setting up AI tools for project work
  • PDU Courses: free courses, credit, and certificates
  • Blog & Videos: finding articles and videos
  • Site & Privacy: cookies, privacy, and how the site works

Step 3: Search the blog and videos

The blog has 180+ articles on AI-powered project management and LocalPM, and many answer specific how-to questions in depth.

Common questions with quick answers

Questions about your book order

The book is sold on Amazon, so questions about delivery, returns, or your Kindle library are handled through your Amazon account rather than this site.

Questions about AI tools

For account, billing, or outage questions about Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or other AI tools, go to that provider's own help pages. This site is independent and can't access or change your accounts with them.

Toolkit access, privacy, or legal requests

These go to angel@subthesis.com:

  • Digital Toolkit access problems, such as not finding the address in your book or the page not loading. Start with The toolkit address isn't working, and mention which edition you have (Kindle or print).
  • Privacy or legal requests, such as questions about the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.

That address isn't for general support. For everything else, the Help Center is the place to look.
