- How do I find a video on a specific topic?Open the Video Library and type in the Search videos box. Results filter as you type across titles, descriptions, and tags, and category buttons narrow the list further.
- How do I search the blog?Go to the Blog page and type in the search box. Results filter instantly by article title, summary, and tags, and you can narrow them further with the category buttons.
- Is there an RSS feed or newsletter?No. There is no RSS or Atom feed and no newsletter or email sign-up. To keep up, save the YouTube playlist and check the blog from time to time.
- What do the blog categories mean?Blog articles are grouped into six categories: Foundation, Core Capabilities, Mastery, Advanced, Tips & Tricks, and Case Studies. Each has its own page and a filter button on the Blog page.
- What is a companion article for a video?A companion article is the blog post paired with a video. It embeds the video and covers the same topic in writing, so you can watch, skim, or come back to the key points later.
- What's in the video library?The Video Library has 28 videos covering AI-powered project management and core PM skills such as scope, risk, estimation, and stakeholders. Each video opens in a companion blog article.
- Where can I find real-world case studies?Open the Case Studies category page, or click the Case Studies button on the Blog page. It collects the articles that show AI-assisted project management and LocalPM applied to real situations.
- Where can I watch the videos on YouTube?Open The Project Brain YouTube playlist, which is also linked as YouTube Playlist in the site footer. The same videos play on the site inside their companion blog articles.
- Which AI tools do the blog articles cover?Claude is the main tool throughout the blog. Articles also cover Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude Code, VS Code, Python scripts, MCP servers, and meeting transcription tools.
- Which blog articles should I read first?Start with the Foundation articles on why AI forgets your project, then read about planning, meetings, and status reports, and learn how to catch AI mistakes before moving to advanced topics.
