The AI courses

A suggested order

  1. AI Fluency moves you from casual prompting to a deliberate way of using AI at work. Start here if you're new.
  2. Advanced Prompt Engineering teaches the PB&J framework for writing prompts that produce usable project deliverables.
  3. Build Your Own AI-Powered PMO shows how to set up a persistent AI workspace for your project with Claude, the same idea behind the book's Project Brain.
  4. Agentic AI and Computer Use looks ahead to AI that takes actions, including the security risks and a practical rule for when to use it.

You can take them in any order, and each has a companion blog article, such as Build Your Own PMO with Claude. For a wider look at tools, read AI Tools for Project Managers: The Complete Guide.

About the credit

The listed values add up to 11.0 PDUs, but those are maximums. Credit is based on your recorded learning time (video playing on the course page plus knowledge check time), rounded down to 0.25 PDU. With videos of about 23 to 26 minutes, most people record much less than the listed value. Report what your certificate shows; see How is PDU credit calculated for each course?.

Do you need an AI subscription?

No. You can watch, pass the knowledge check, and download a certificate without any AI tool. To practice what you learn, see Which AI tool do I need to get started?.

These courses are independently made and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any AI company or by PMI. They're self-reported under Online or Digital Media.
